So, everyone told me that when Denver has a mild winter (70 degrees in Jan/Feb) that the spring has random, crazy snow storms that shut down the city. Yep, one storm= 12 inches in Highlands Ranch. Here's my Bria standing on the sidewalk in front of our apartment.
